Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of laundrydotok.com and the laundry services provided by LaundryDot ("we," "us") at our Tahlequah, Keys (Park Hill), and Muskogee, Oklahoma locations. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
- Self-service laundry with modern machines. Supplies (detergent, fabric softener, pods, and laundry bags) are available for purchase.
- Wash, dry & fold drop-off service with same-day (for early drop-offs during attendant hours), 24-hour, and 48-hour options. Detergent is included.
- Curbside pickup of wash, dry & fold orders at our Tahlequah location. Just call when you arrive.
- Pickup and delivery within our standard service area. Trips outside that area can be arranged by phone at 918-525-WASH.
- Attendant and wash, dry & fold hours vary by location and are posted on our Locations page.
Pricing, Minimums & Fees
- Wash, dry & fold and pickup & delivery orders are priced per pound, based on the weight of your laundry. Current prices are posted on our Services page.
- A minimum charge of $25.00 applies to each wash, dry & fold and pickup & delivery order. Comforters are priced per item.
- Posted per-pound pricing covers one 80-lb washer load. Orders that need more than one washer, or items you ask us to separate (whites, darks, delicates, etc.), are priced as additional loads at the same per-pound rate.
- Heavy-soiled / heavy-duty rates apply to items that are heavily soiled, greasy, stained, or mildewed.
- Orders over $500 are subject to a minimum 10% gratuity fee.
- Laundry bags are free with your first wash, dry & fold service, or $10.00 to purchase.
Payment
We accept cash and card. At our machines you can load money onto a LaundryDot card at our kiosks. Our Muskogee location also accepts coins.
Online Booking
Online orders are placed through our ordering partner, Cents. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to information and orders you submit on their platform.

Promotions and coupons are subject to the terms, limits, locations, and dates stated in each announcement.
