This Privacy Policy explains how LaundryDot ("LaundryDot," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit laundrydotok.com, contact us, sign up for texts, apply for a job, or use our laundromats in Tahlequah, Keys (Park Hill), and Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), location and service of interest, your message, and preferred contact method.
- Text-message signup: your first and last name, mobile number, and a record of your consent (the consent wording you agreed to, its version, the date and time, the page you signed up on, and your IP address and browser type).
- Job applications: your name, contact details, address, position and location of interest, availability, desired pay, whether you are legally authorized to work in the U.S. (yes/no), previous employment, any references you choose to provide, and your typed signature.
- Chat assistant: the questions you type into our "Dot" chat assistant.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived at our site, collected by Google Analytics.
- Security logs: IP address and browser information used to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your questions and provide laundry services.
- To send marketing text messages, only if you have opted in.
- To review job applications and contact applicants about employment.

Text Messages
Marketing texts are sent only to people who check the consent box on our signup form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Service-related messages (for example, order updates for a wash, dry & fold or pickup order) are separate from marketing texts and are only sent about a service you requested. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop you from requesting service updates, and vice versa. See our SMS Terms for details.
How Long We Keep Information
- Contact inquiries: as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable customer-service records.
- Text-message consent records: while you are subscribed and for a period afterward so we can show that consent was given.
- Job applications: for a limited time consistent with employment record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted.
- Analytics data: according to Google Analytics retention settings.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a password-protected staff dashboard with limited access, and spam and abuse protections. No system is 100% secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information (like Social Security or bank numbers) through our website.

- Opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.
