LaundryDot Texts is a marketing text-message program from LaundryDot. Subscribers receive recurring automated messages about promotions, coupons, offers, and store news.
How You Join
You join by entering your name and mobile number on our website signup form (laundrydotok.com or laundrydotok.com/texts) and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to and when you agreed. We only send marketing texts to numbers with a recorded consent.
Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
How to Stop or Get Help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

Service Messages Are Separate
This program covers marketing messages only. Messages about a specific order or service you requested (for example, pickup or order-ready updates) are service messages, are sent only in connection with that request, and are not part of LaundryDot Texts.
